No Refund Policy – EA Decals

All sales are final. EA Decals does not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection

  • Ordering mistakes

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed.

However, under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), customers are entitled to a remedy if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is not as described

  • Does not perform as intended

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue. We will assess and provide a replacement or refund where required by law.

EA Decals is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Damage caused during application

  • Normal wear and tear
