No Refund Policy – EA Decals

At EA Decals, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or ordering errors made by the customer.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our decals and parts, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed.

However, under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is not as described

  • Does not do what it is supposed to do

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and provide a replacement or refund where required under law.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect application of decals

  • Damage caused during installation

  • Wear and tear after use
